Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly cream
  •     Chilled carbonated water
  • 1 lrg Scoop chocolate or possibly vanilla ice cream

Direcciones

  1. Place syrup, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. carbonated water in the bottom of a 10-oz glass and stir well. Add in ice cream and stir gently while filling the glass with carbonated water.
  2. Yield: Serves 1
