Receta Scrambled Eggs with Sweet Corn
Ingredients:
- American Sweet Corn - 1 cup, boiled
- Eggs - 4
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato - 1, chopped
- Onion - 2, chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions and tomatoes for a minute or two.
3. Add salt and mix well.
4. Break the eggs into the pan and stir well until well combined.
5. Add the sweet corns and pepper powder.
6. Mix well and serve.
