- Heat oil in skillet till warm. Add in mustard seeds and when they begin to pop add in leek and saute/fry for 2 min. Add in crumbled tofu and continue sauting for 2 more min. Add in water, tamari, and spices. Cover and cook till all water is cooked off. Serve with sprouts.
- I also saute/fry with red pepper, black olives, celery and often throw in a handful of leftover brown rice whenever possible.
