Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Hard tofu liquid removed
  • 1/2 x Leek which has been cut
  •     Lengthwise, cleaned and
  •     Diced
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 x - 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Water
  •     x Tamari (soy sauce)
  •     x Cayenne pwdr and black
  •     Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in skillet till warm. Add in mustard seeds and when they begin to pop add in leek and saute/fry for 2 min. Add in crumbled tofu and continue sauting for 2 more min. Add in water, tamari, and spices. Cover and cook till all water is cooked off. Serve with sprouts.
  2. I also saute/fry with red pepper, black olives, celery and often throw in a handful of leftover brown rice whenever possible.
