Ingredientes

  • 2 slc White bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 clv garlic
  • 4 piece Scrod or possibly cod fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 . In food processor, finely chop bread crumbs.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add in garlic; cook till golden brown. Add in bread crumbs and cook, stirring often, till golden brown. Remove skillet from heat.
  3. In 13"x9" glass baking dish, arrange scrod fillets; sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Press bread-crumb mix onto tops of fillets. Bake scrod 10 to 15 min, till fish is opaque throughout.
  4. To serve, arrange fish on platter; serve with lemon wedges.
  5. Serves 4 main-dish servings
