Scrumptious Grilled Thick Sirloin Steak with Lemon-Pepper Crust

Wonderful steak dinner the entire family can enjoy!

Ingredientes

  • 4-5 pound-2" Thick Sirloin Steak (I use a Meat/Butcher Market)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Scant 1/4 cup Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
  • One Fresh Lemon cut into wedges

Direcciones

  1. On a hot grill (or you can do in the broiler or oven) add seasoned Sirloin Steak (Add butter by brushing on both sides of Steak and add Lemon-Pepper seasoning to both sides).
  2. Grill to your desired doneness (we Love medium rare)
  3. Cut Large Pieces add to a serving platter with lemon wedges.
  4. Enjoy!
