Sea Foam Frosting

Ingredientes

2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. (firmly packed) brown sugar
5 tbsp. water

Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

Combine egg whites, brown sugar, water and salt in top of double boiler. Beat slightly to mix. Place over rapidly boiling water. Beat at high speed till stands in peaks, about 7 min. Remove from heat, add in vanilla. Beat 1 or possibly 2 min or possibly till thick sufficient to spread.
