Sea Foam Salad

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 9 ounce. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple well, save juice. Add in water if not 3/4 c.. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in juice. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Beat till frothy.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and fold into Jello. Pour into qt mold and refrigeratetill set. Makes 6 servings.
