- Saute/fry minced green and warm peppers, onion, cloves of garlic and okra till soft, not brown. Add in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and all the seafood. Simmer only for 3 hrs. (It is necessary to stir constantly till a heavy sauce is formed to prevent sticking.) Serve over rice. Serves 6 people.
