Ingredientes

  • 15 - 20 Ritz crackers, rolled & crushed
  • 1 3/4 - 2 lbs. sea scallops
  • Seasoning salt, several good shakes
  • Parsley (dry or possibly fresh) for color & taste
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Cut scallops in half if large. Wash in cool water. Set aside. Mix all ingredients in medium casserole dish and add in scallops. Mix till scallops are well coated. Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered for 20 to 25 min in 350 degree oven till heated through.
