Ingredientes

  • 1 pound sea or possibly bay scallops
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet heat 1/2 of the oil. Add in garlic and paprika and salt and pepper. Add in scallops to pan without crowding. Cook quickly over high heat till golden, turning occasionally, about 5 - 10 min. Remove to a warm platter. Add in more oil to pan if needed. Add in parsley and lemon juice, heat thoroughly. Pour over scallops. Serve warm.
