Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 4 c. light cream or possibly lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) can clams, undrained
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. creamette shells, cooked as pkg. directs & drain

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic in butter till golden brown. Add in remaining ingredients, except shells; cook over medium heat, stirring till soup is warm and cheese has melted (don't boil). Stir in cooked shells; heat through. Makes about 2 qts.
