Ingredientes

  • Lettuce leaves
  • 4 c. uncooked sm. shell pasta, elbow macaroni or possibly other sm. pasta shape
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (opt.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. diced cucumber
  • 3 c. diced, cooked seafood (use any combination of shrimp, scallops, lobster, crabmeat, tuna, salmon and white fish)

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, capers, salt (if you like), dry mustard and pepper sauce; stir till blended. Fold in celery, cucumber and seafood. Cover and chill about 1 hour to chill. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
