Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
  • 1 can water-packed tuna or possibly 1 can chopped clams
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can minced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag twisty pasta

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic, parsley, celery and mushroom in heated oil for 1-2 min. Add in tuna (or possibly clams) and white wine. Add in crushed oregano and salt and pepper; simmer gently on low heat for 10 min. Keep warm while cooking pasta.
  2. Cook pasta according to package; drain well and serve seafood mix tossed on pasta. Goes great with salad and sour dough rolls! Serves 4.
