Ingredientes

  • 2 lobsters, boiled
  • 1 pound Bay scallops
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 8 soft shells med. clams, steamed and shelled
  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 1 quart. Grade A lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Few grains cayenne
  • 1/2 c. sherry or possibly 1/2 c. white wine

Direcciones

  1. Cut the lobster meat into small pcs. Simmer the scallops and crab meat and the soft part of the clams and mushrooms in the lowfat milk, with several pcs of lobster shell. Boil the shrimp separately and shell.
  2. Heat the butter, blend in the flour; add in the cream and seasonings. Then add in the other ingredients and the lowfat milk in that they were cooked. Remove lobster shells. Finally add in the sherry or possibly white wine.
