Seafarers Salmon Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can salmon, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce.) container plain yogurt
  • 1 c. liquid egg substitute
  • 4 ounce. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Crust - Combine flour and cheese. In separate bowl, mix oil and lowfat milk till creamy. Pour liquid over flour and stir lightly with fork till blended. Pat the dough with fingers in a 9 inch deep dish pie or possibly quiche pan, pressing proportionately over bottom and up sides. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Combine the rest of ingredients and pour into Parmesan crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 65-70 min. Cold 15 min in pan. Serves 6.
