- Introduce the seafood and vegetables by dusting them with the garlic pwdr, salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside. Saute/fry the seafood to perfection in some of the extra virgin olive oil and place in a large bowl. Then saute/fry the vegetables in some of the extra virgin olive oil and then mix them with the seafood to marry the flavors. Arrange the UNCLE BEN'S® Rice on a large serving platter leaving a well in the middle of the rice that will receive the seafood and vegetable combination. Fill the well with your seafood and vegetable combination. Sprinkle with your parsley and grated cheese. More pepper, salt and paprika can also be added now. To serve piping warm, place in the microwave on high for a couple of min.
