Ingredientes

  • 1 bot catsup - (14 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 can shrimp - (4 1/2 ounce) (liquid removed)
  • 1 can tuna - (4 1/2 ounce) (undrained)
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 ounce)
  •     (or possibly 3/4 lb fresh mushrooms/ sliced)
  • 2 sm onions sliced, and
  •     separated into rings
  • 1 c. salad Spanish olives liquid removed
  • 1 can ripe olives - (4 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 c. raw cauliflower sections

Direcciones

  1. Combine, catsup, Worchestershire sauce, and garlic pwdr. Add in rest of ingredients except cauliflower, mixing gently to keep shrimp whole. Top with small cauliflower sections, cook on low heat for 1 hour.
  2. Serve with a good butter-flavor cracker or possibly slices of toasted Italian bread. May be made several days in advance. Just chill after cooking and reheat when ready to use.
