Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1/2 lb Tortellini, cheese-filled Cooked and cooled
  • 1/4 lb Capicolla diced small
  • 5 lrg Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 med Red pepper Sliced
  • 1 1/2 stk Butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 c. light cream
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry shrimp, scallops, ham and mushrooms in 1 stick of butter, place in casserole dish with the tortellini. In saute/fry pan, add in cream and bring to scalding temperature. Heat butter and combine with flour to make roux. Add in wine to cream mix. Add in roux to warm liquid, cook till thickened. Pour over seafood mix. Garnish with pepper strips and a dusting of grated cheese. Bake till warm.
