Ingredientes

  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans crabmeat, liquid removed & flaked
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can sm. shrimp, liquid removed
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all ingredients together lightly. Place in 2 qt casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. 217 calories per 1 c..
