Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 lg. green pepper, minced
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 pkg. imitation crab meat
  • 1 sm. can shrimp, liquid removed
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • Steamed rice or possibly egg noodles

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and green pepper in oil. Add in tomatoes, 1/2 c. water, crabmeat and shrimp. Simmer till boiling. Thicken with cornstarch added to 1/2 c. water. Serve with steamed rice or possibly over cooked egg noodles.
