Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. chives
  • 1 pkg. crepes
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound crab

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in pan. Blend flour, chives and salt in butter. Slowly add in lowfat milk and sherry; cook till thick. Add in crab and shrimp. Fill crepes and roll. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees.
