- Heat butter over low heat in large skillet. Add in celery and onion and cook approximately 8 min over low heat, stirring occasionally, till soft.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk and seafood seasoning and stir till blended.
- Add in peas, cover and cook 5 min.
- Add in shrimp and sea legs and heat thoroughly over low heat approximately 10 min, stirring occasionally. Halfway through taste and adjust seasoning with paprika and black pepper as desired.
- Serve over rice, or possibly rolled into crepes and garnished with fresh parsley. Serves 4 generously.
