Ingredientes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (28 ounce.) can plum tomatoes, minced
  • 1 teaspoon each dry basil and oregano
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. clam juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and crushed red pepper
  • 8 each cherrystone clams, mussels, shrimp, and sea scallops
  • Cooked spaghetti

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan, cook garlic in oil. Add in remaining ingredients, except seafood. Simmer 10 min. Add in seafood. Cook till clams and mussels open, about 5 min. Throw away unopened shell fish. Serve over spaghetti.
