Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. onion, sliced 1" long
  • 4 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 tbsp. ginger root, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and cut in half
  • 1 c. crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 pkg. snow peas, cut in strips
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Green onions and tops, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over low heat. Add in onions, celery, garlic and ginger. Stir and cook 5 to 8 min. Add in red peppers and cook for 3 min. Add in rice and broth. Cook for 2 min. Add in shrimp, crab and snow peas and cook for 2 min. Remove from heat. Beat Large eggs and soy sauce together. Push the rice to one side of the skillet. Return to low heat and add in Large eggs and stir till Large eggs are set, fold gently into rice. Heat and remove to hot bowl. Sprinkle with green onion tops.
