Ingredientes

  • 6 lbs. raw seafood (shrimp and crab)
  • 1 1/2 c. melted fat
  • 2 1/2 quarts. sliced okra
  • 3 c. minced green onions
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • 3 quarts. warm water
  • 6 c. canned tomatoes
  • 6 whole bay leaves
  • 3 tbsp. pepper sauce
  • 9 c. cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Peel and devein shrimp or possibly seafood you are using. Place fat in large frying pan. When melted add in okra and saute/fry 10 min or possibly till somewhat dry. Stirring constantly add in onions, garlic, salt, pepper and seafood. Cook 5 min. Add in water, tomatoes, rice and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 min. Serve warm. Serves 36.
