Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd coriander
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 8 ounce. uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 8 ounce. bay scallops
  • 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • 12 ounce. linguine, freshly cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onion and garlic; saute/fry till onion is golden, about 6 min. Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute. Add in wine and cream; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add in shrimp and scallops and simmer till shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 5 min. Fold in parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over linguine and serve.
