Seafood Marinade

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, finely shredded
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • For 1 lb. shark, swordfish, grouper, halibut, etc. steaks, 1 inch thick

Direcciones

  1. In a shallow dish, combine all ingredients. Add in fish and cover with marinade. Marinate for 1 hour, turning steaks 2 to 3 times. Preheat grill or possibly broiler. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fish steaks on grill or possibly broiler and cook 4 inches from heat source. Cook 5 min on each side, brush with reserved marinade after turning. Sprinkle with snipped parsley before serving.
