Ingredientes

  • 1/2 to 3/4 pound spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 to 1 pound scallops
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh dill (I use dry)

Direcciones

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package direction; drain. In large skillet, heat butter and extra virgin olive oil. Add in seafood and garlic, cook and stir till seafood is opaque. Combine warm cooked spaghetti, seafood, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
