Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger root chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon peel Grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 x carrots sliced thinly
  • 1/4 lb scallops diced
  • 1/4 lb shrimp diced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 x green onions minced fine
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, Add in garlic, ginger, lemon peel and warm pepper flakes. Cook gently till very fragrant.
  2. Add in stock, fish sauce and lemon juice and bring to boil.
  3. Add in carrots. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 15 min.
  4. Add in scallops, shrimp, sesame oil and green onions, Cook for just a few min, or possibly till seafood is barely cooked. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
