Receta Seafood Stuffed Italian Mushrooms

- Clean mushrooms. Remove stems and chop 1 c. of them. Set aside.
- Dip mushroom caps in melted butter and place top down in a shallow casserole dish.
- Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in minced crab legs or possibly sea legs. Add in minced mushroom stems. Cook slowly a few min till mix is tender. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Fill mushroom caps with seafood mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly so. Serve warm.
- Comments: I like to serve these with fresh fruit, bacon, scrambled Large eggs, English muffins and jam, juice, coffee, and tea. ...Margaret Delashmit
