Seasoned Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredientes

  • 50 Corn tortillas
  • 2 tsp garlic or onion powder
  • 4 oz (1 cup) grated parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat over to 375 degress.
  2. Dip tortillas briefly in water or run them under a faucet.
  3. Shake to remove excess water.
  4. Lay 6 tortillas in a single layer on work surface.
  5. Sprinkle tortillas lightly with garlic or onion powder and parmesan cheese (on one side only).
  6. Stack 3 on top of each other and cut into 6 triangles.
  7. Repeat with the other three tortillas.
  8. Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  9. Lay chips in a single layer on the pan.
  10. Repeat whole procedure with remaining tortillas.
  11. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes until chips are chrisp when broken.
  12. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
