Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Rice
  • 1/2 lb Salt beef
  • 1/4 lb Pigs tail
  • 1 med Carrot
  • 1 sm Egg-plant (1/2 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Fat
  • 1 sprg thyme
  • 1 x Onion
  • 2 ounce Cabbage
  • 1 lrg Tomato,
  • 1 x Warm pepper
  •     Salt to taste
  • 4 x Blades of scallion (up to 5)
  • 4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Saok salt beef in water for 1/2 hour. Cut into pcs and cook in 4 c. of water for 45 min or possibly till tender. wash and dice carrot and egg plant.
  2. Cut onion, tomatoes and cabbage finely. wash scallion, add in to carrots and meat and cook for 10 minute. The add in greens and egg plant and cook for 5 min. add in rice. seasoning and margarine or possibly butter. Cook about 25 min or possibly till rice is tender. Serve warm.
