Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 c. Instant rice (uncooked)
  • 1/2 x Bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 dsh Tabasco
  •     Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 450F degrees. Heat butter in a large saucepan, add in onion and cook for 2-3 min over medium heat. Add in broth, rice and seasonings. Increase heat. Bring mix to a boil. Remove from heat and put all into a 1 1/2-qt baking dish. Bake uncovered at 450F degrees for 17 min. Remove bay leaf and serve.
