Ingredientes

  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound scallops

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and butter in a small baking dish. Add in lemon juice, crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Add in scallops and toss to coat with mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serves: 4.
