Self Filled Mocha Cupcakes

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 2 T instant coffee
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Prepare cake mix according to package directions adding instant coffee to liquid in recipe.
  2. Fill paper cups in muffin tins 2/3 full of batter. Cream the softened cream cheese with sugar, beat in egg, stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop 1 round tsp of mix into center of each cupcake. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till done. Very good in lunch boxes.
