Ingredientes

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Direcciones

  1. Cream the butter that should be soft but not melted; add in sugar and blend well; add in well-beaten large eggs. Add in nutmeg to the flour and add in to the first mix alternately with the lowfat milk. Turn the dough out to a lightly floured board, cut and cook in deep fat hot sufficient to make a doughnut rise to the surface quickly and brown each side for about 1 minute.If you want to add in a couple more calories, put sugar and nutmeg or possibly cinnamon in a bag and some doughnuts and shake or possibly smear some good chocolate on top.
