- Soy Milk - ½cup (or regular milk)
- Oil - 3tbsp (or use melted butter)
- Vanilla extract - 1tsp
- Egg replacer - 1tbsp whisked in 3tbsp water (or use 1 egg)
- For the topping:
- Hot Soy milk or hot water - 1cup
- Sugar - ½cup
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
