Semolina Dosas With Cumin Seeds

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. Fine-grained semolina
  • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose white flour
  • 1 x Fresh warm green chili
  • 1 c. Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 7 Tbsp. Vegetable oil (about)
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin seeds

Direcciones

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor, combine the semolina, white flour, chili, yogurt, salt, and 1 c. water. Blend till smooth, then transfer mix to a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add in cumin seeds to warm oil and stir for a few seconds. Pour oil and seeds into batter; stir to mix. Cover and set aside for 30 min.
  3. Prepare pancakes according to directions given for other dosa recipes.
  4. Serve with coconut chutney, if you like.
