Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. AM Amaranth Flour
  • 3/4 c. AM Unbleached White Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Non-alum baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Grnd sesame seeds (use blender or possibly grinder)
  • 1/4 c. AM Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt (optional)
  • 1 x Egg, beaten or possibly egg replacer (optional)
  • 1/2 c. AM Unrefined Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 c. AM Sesame Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey or possibly maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk, soymilk or possibly water
  • 1 tsp Lemon extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients in separate bowls, then combine and mix well. Press mix into an oiled and floured 9" x 13" cake pan.
  2. Bake at 350 F. for 12-15 min or possibly till golden. Cold slightly before cutting into small wedges.
