Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 12 c. Broccoli florets, (from 2 large bunches)
  • 1/2 c. Sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil and honey in large bowl till blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Steam broccoli florets till crisp-tender, about 5 min. Cold.
  3. Stir sesame seeds in heavy large skillet over medium heat till golden brown, about 5 min. Transfer to small bowl; cold.
  4. Mix broccoli and half of sesame seeds into dressing. Let marinate at room temperature at least 30 min or possibly up to 2 hrs, tossing occasionally.
  5. Transfer broccoli to platter. Pour dressing over. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
  6. Serves 6.
