Receta Sesame Broccoli Salad

- Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil and honey in large bowl till blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Steam broccoli florets till crisp-tender, about 5 min. Cold.
- Stir sesame seeds in heavy large skillet over medium heat till golden brown, about 5 min. Transfer to small bowl; cold.
- Mix broccoli and half of sesame seeds into dressing. Let marinate at room temperature at least 30 min or possibly up to 2 hrs, tossing occasionally.
- Transfer broccoli to platter. Pour dressing over. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
- Serves 6.
