Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix honey and sugar in a sauce pan, cook on low heat till it bubbles.
  2. Stir in the sesame until it starts to get brown.
  3. Spread on a dry oiled marble top. Flatten with a rolling-pin while warm (1/2 inch thick), grease the rolling-pin with oil not to stick, cut in diamond shapes, let cold. Take off the marble top with a hard spatula. Keep away from humidity.
