Sesame chicken stirfry

A nice blend of sesame , carrots , sweet peppers , cauliflower, broccoli stirfried with some sesame and penut oil.

Va Bien Con: Fried rice, brown and white rice

Ingredientes

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 green-pepper
  • 1/2 red-pepper
  • 1/2 yellow-pepper
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 tablespoon peanut-oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame-oil
  • 1 garlic-clove
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon soysauce

Direcciones

  1. Dice the chicken into cubes.
  2. Sautee and sear chicken in a pan /med high heat with oils.
  3. Brown and reduce heat/cover.
  4. Cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat to avoid rubbery chicken.
  5. Once tender add soysauce fry the veggies for 3-4 minutes with the sesame seeds.
  6. Serve with fried or white rice.
