Awesome, healthy cookies! They’re so good! You can eat them both with or without peach jam. They’re delicious both ways. Best of all- these Tahini cookies are very quick and easy to make!

Ingredientes

  • 195 g Tahini paste,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 5/6 cup brown sugar,
  • 1/3 cup honey,
  • 1 1/4 wholewheat flour,
  • 2 tsp baking powder,
  • 1 tsp ground cardamon,
  • 50 g sesame seeds,
  • 1 cup peach jam
  • additional sesame seeds to coat

Direcciones

  1. ookies:
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  3. In a food processor mix sugar, Tahini and honey.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, eggs, sesame seeds and cardamon. Mix well.
  5. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls. Roll each ball in sesame seeds.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet, about 2,5 inches apart. Slightly flatten the dough.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 13 minutes. Let to cool completely.
  9. assemble:
  10. Top half of the cookies with 1 tablespoon of peach jam.
  11. Press the remaining cookies on top to make sandwiches.
