Receta Sesame Cookies with Peach Filling
Awesome, healthy cookies! They’re so good! You can eat them both with or without peach jam. They’re delicious both ways. Best of all- these Tahini cookies are very quick and easy to make!

- ookies:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a food processor mix sugar, Tahini and honey.
- Add flour, baking powder, eggs, sesame seeds and cardamon. Mix well.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls. Roll each ball in sesame seeds.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet, about 2,5 inches apart. Slightly flatten the dough.
- Bake in preheated oven for 13 minutes. Let to cool completely.
- assemble:
- Top half of the cookies with 1 tablespoon of peach jam.
- Press the remaining cookies on top to make sandwiches.
