Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cooked, Peeled Shrimp
  • 1 x Green Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 x Egg White, beaten
  • 3 slc White Bread, crust removed
  • 4 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
  •     Vegetable Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Put the shrimp and green onion in a food processor and process till finely grnd. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, and egg white.
  2. Spread the mix onto one side of each slice of bread. Spread the sesame seeds on top of the mix, pressing down well. Cut each slice of coated bread into four equal triangles.
  3. Heat sufficient oil for deep-frying in a wok or possibly saucepan till almost smoking. Carefully place the triangles into the oil, coated side down, and cook for 2-3 min, till golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
