Receta Sesame Vegetable Salad

- Place lettuce in bottom of a large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sesame seed and the sugar. Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Stir in green pepper, cucumber, carrot, and onion. Spoon lowfat sour cream mix atop lettuce, spreading to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed. Cover tightly; refrigerateup to 24 hrs. Toss before serving. Serves 8.
