Ingredientes

  • 3 sht filo pastry
  • 110 gm Unsalted butter, (4oz)
  • 4 Tbsp. Golden brown syrup
  • 110 gm Soft dark brown sugar, (4oz)
  • 4 x Bananas, peeled and sliced

Direcciones

  1. Boil up the brown sugar butter and golden brown syrup for the toffee sauce - being carful not to burn the mix. In an ovenproof dish repeatedly layer the toffee mix, the sliced bananas and filo layers, finishing with a layer of banana slices and dust with icing sugar.
