Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. White wine
  • 1/2 c. White wine vinegar,or possibly substitute
  •     Sherry vinegar or possibly raspberry vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Shallots, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Excellent with oysters.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 min before serving.
