Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Sauteed shiitake mushrooms sauteed with
  • 1 tsp Chopped shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced green scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. White truffle oil
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix everything in large bowl. Spray 4 ramekins with pan release and fill 4/5 full. Place in warm bain marie (water up half way) and bake in oven at 300 degrees for 25 min or possibly till flans are set.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
