Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/3 c. sherry wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 lbs. raw cleaned shrimp

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter, salt, garlic, parsley, cayenne and bread crumbs. Arrange shrimp in shallow 3 to 4 qt casserole and top with crumb mix. Sprinkle all over with sherry. Bake at 375 degree oven for 15 min. Don't over cook. When topping has melted and slightly browned, serve.
  2. Serves 4-6.
