Ingredientes

  • 3 to 3 1/2 pound beef or possibly lamb cubes
  • 1/2 c. salad or possibly peanut oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Leave meat in marinade overnight, turn once. Alternate on skewers with green pepper and onion. Broil 25-30 min, turning and basting as necessary under broiler. (Could also be cooked on grill.)
  2. Topping for shisk kabobs if served on pita bread: grated cucumber, minced onion, minced tomato; mix with lowfat sour cream.
